Equipment process
According to the specifications of the product packaging, the bottle-shaped mechanism should be adjusted first. The product is inputted from the bottle conveyor belt and then divided into several rows by the bottle divider. The bottle assembler then gathers the bottles in each row to form a bottle group, which continues to move forward. As the bottles move towards the bottle pushing part, the cardboard is placed on the conveyor chain of the cardboard feeding part and driven onto the chain of the cardboard climbing part, where it is then transported forward by the paper feeding hook of the cardboard climbing part.The product and cardboard are integrated before entering the folding conveyor belt, and then driven by the conveyor chain of the folding conveyor belt. In the process of advancing, the cardboard is slowly folded up by the upper and lower box pressing parts and the forming tube, and then passes through the folder part. After the photoelectric switch detects that the product and cardboard reach the preset position of the program, the hot melt adhesive machine sprays glue, and the folding part folds to form the carton, and the carton is pressed into the upper and lower box pressing parts, so that the carton is formed under the action of glue.
Features
1. The bottle feeding chain is divided into two stages to reduce the bottle feeding pressure, and the net chain adopts a small pitch net chain to reduce the connection of the transition section;
2. The roller cardboard mechanism is adopted to facilitate fast cardboard feeding speed, and it incorporates functions such as less cardboard and excessive cardboard detection, as well as automatic replenishment when bottle or paper shortage occurs, eliminating the need for manual operation;
3. An anti-inversion device is provided in the bottle pushing area; The bottle splitting function is controlled by dual servo motors and the fold cam, enabling a one-button switch of bottle type without mechanical adjustments. Automatic adjustment of electrical parts when changing products to save time;
4. The rear finger chain of the upper and lower pressing units is driven by a single electromagnetic clutch or fully servo. When changing the bottle type and packaging format, the distance between the front finger and the rear finger of the pressing unit can be adjusted simply by rotating the main shaft of the electromagnetic clutch after machine shut-down, which is convenient and fast;
5. Servo motor control system is adopted for bottle pushing and cardboard feeding chain, which can switch seamlessly and flexibly between motion instruction and motion mode, without any manual operation in the middle, and the action reliability is high;
6. The window of various motor models are well prepared on the touch screen for effortless selection, without the need for professionals, professional knowledge and online computer operation;

The material requirements and manufacturing of cardboard are implemented in accordance with the national standard GB/T 6544-2008. Generally, the following points should be noted:
● Cardboard is not allowed to be layered without external force;
● Each batch of cardboard should have a consistent color tone and shall not exhibit any visible signs of exposed base;
● The surface of the cardboard should be smooth without obvious blanket printing;
● Cardboard shall be free from any paper defects such as folds, cracks and holes;
● The trimming of flat paper should be neat and smooth, and there should be no missing edges, missing corners and thin edges;
● The carton board can be divided into five grades according to the quality: namely A, B, C, D and E. Among them, A, B and C are wall boards, and the technical specifications should meet the following parameters:

Standard for hot melt adhesive used in wraparound case packer:
● The hot melt adhesive of all wraparound case packers should be cured quickly to ensure the high-speed packaging production line, and shall have excellent bonding strength (the viscosity value reaches about 3000 cps under normal working environment), and it shall have good high and low temperature resistance to ensure an excellent bonding state under high/low temperature environment.
● The softening point is about 105-110℃, at which time it begins to soften and melt.
● The application range is 150 ℃ - 180 ℃ (it is the temperature range that the glue cylinder, throat pipe and spray gun need to reach), the optimal temperature is 160 ℃, and the glue viscosity needs to reach 1800-2000 cps.
● The solidification time is 1-1.5 seconds, but it is related to the amount of glue sprayed, the use temperature, the ambient temperature and other factors.
Precautions of hot melt adhesive used in wraparound case packer:
● Keep the uniformity of hot melt adhesive, and don't mix it with other adhesives.
● The hot melt adhesive tank needs to be covered tightly to prevent sundries from falling into it and affecting the performance of the adhesive.
● It is advised to follow the principle of "first in, first out" and promote the use of recycling.
● It must be stored in a cool and dry place below 40℃ for one year.
