    Applicable packaging types: Applicable packaging types: plain film or printed film, plain film or printed film+ pad, plain film or printed film + tray, dislocation packaging;

    Features

    1. The bottle conveyor belt uses photoelectric sensor to detect the vibration for bottle un-scrambling after bottle jam, which effectively reduces the bottle jams and gas consumption.

    2. Quickly adjust the position of the bottle separation plate through scale indicator.

    3. Servo finger grouping is convenient and quick.

    4. Servo film loading, film cutting (servo as high configuration) and film wrapping (servo as high configuration), with film electrostatic elimination device, which is stable and reliable.

    5. The bottle pushing and film wrapping drives are independently driven by servo, which is safe and stable with low noise.

    6. Film pre-cutting is at the bottom, vacuum adsorption and transfer, with higher stability during operation at the high speed.

    7. The bottle conveyor lane can be changed quickly as a whole, which is compatible with large and small bottles to reduce the time for bottle format changeover.

    8. The distance between the films for double lanes can be adjusted after separation, and the left and right film rolls after separation can also be adjusted independently, making it easier to use.

    The material requirements and manufacturing of the cardboard shall comply with the national standard GB/T 6544-2008. In general, the following points shall be noted:

    Cardboard is not allowed to be layered without external force;

    The color of each batch of cardboard should be basically the same without revealing any underlying layers;

    The surface of cardboard should be smooth, and no obvious blanket printing is allowed;

    Cardboard shall be free from folds, cracks, holes and other paper defects;

    The trimming of flat paper should be neatly trimmed and smooth, without any missing edges, corners or thin edges;

    The carton cardboard can be divided into five grades according to the quality: namely A, B, C, D and E. Among them, A, B and C are wall boards, and their technical indicators should comply with the following parameter specifications:
