Centralized palletizing systems
We are the main integrator of robot technology, providing services such as robot palletizing, depalletizing, packing and high-speed sorting. Our centralized palletizing solution can meet the process optimization needs of multiple production lines. Generally, it is combined with automatic empty pallet distribution system, stretching film winding machine and labeling unit, and then the fully loaded pallet is transferred to warehouse or loading area. Combining all these with internal control, TECH-LONG has a complete end-of-line solution.
Layer preparation system with robot
The system can use 1 or 2 robots installed in parallel, moving continuously and synchronously with the conveyor belt below. Packages are conveyed in single rows, appropriately spaced, along layer-forming conveyor belts, where robots grab products and arrange them according to the selected palletizing format, with the speeds up to 5-12 layers/minute.
Our de-palletizing system is designed according to the modular concept, involving two types of de-palletizing machines, which can be implemented by using interchangeable gripper heads: one is equipped with double-column structure, and the other is equipped with a humanoid robot.
