As the customer has very high technical standards, the product must be of excellent quality, high precision and high speed. Due to the influence of international visa, the domestic engineers cannot go to the customer's site for commissioning at the later stage, so the stability requirements on the product design program are also quite high. Starting from the user's point of view and simulating the real use environment, the technical expert group of TECH-LONG has carried out research and development on the key technologies, and many of them are the first in the industry, realizing the localization of the key technologies at the same time.

At the same time, in order to guarantee the implementation of the project from the technical source, TECH-LONG Enterprise Technology Center, in conjunction with a number of departments, carefully examined the list of customer requirements and the layout planning of the plant, reviewed the library of experience of similar project problems, and carried out systematic risk management of the project to lay a solid foundation for the project's risk control management.

In order to meet the needs of the customer for equipment acceptance, TECH-LONG responded quickly and invested a lot of resources to build FAT line to ensure the best test performance. In view of the compact layout of FAT line, the professional team of TECH-LONG fully considered the time, space and future compatibility with other types of equipment, and handed over a satisfactory answer to the customer.

Engineering services available even with a distance of thousands of kilometers

Affected by visas, the Chinese engineers of TECH-LONG were unable to go to the Indian customer site to provide commissioning support. To this end, the TECH-LONG Project Service Department has set up a special project remote support team and office. In the way of remote guidance and on-site commissioning, they quickly provided technical support to the customer's equipment problems, helped the customer's employees improve their operating skills, and made the customer's employees quickly competent for production work. During the whole process, TECH-LONG worked closely with the customer, and the overall efficiency and capacity climbed significantly, which ultimately ensured the smooth completion of the project.
