Low glue consumption
The extra-long box pressing station can meet the requirement of high speed while consuming less glue.Under the same working conditions, the glue consumption is reduced by 25-35%.
High compatibility
1. The pressure-free bottle supply system with independent servo channels can be configured to achieve the feasibility and stability of bottle division with ultra-small R angle of square bottles. The traditional bottle division mechanism requires the minimum chamfer of the bottle to be greater than R15. With this pressure-free bottle supply system, the chamfer R8 is possible.
2. It is compatible with small packaging specifications, such as 450ml 2X3, 2X4 and other small packaging specifications, and is particularly suitable for carton packaging on high-speed aseptic lines.
3. The pre-suction servo cardboard division mechanism has higher compatibility with cardboard; it is well applicable to cardboard with slight adhesion, different thickness, and slight deformation and moisture.

Quick changeover
The forming area of the traditional carton packaging machine is provided with one servo, and the box pressing mechanism of the high-speed machine is equipped with up to 10 servos. The full-servo box pressing mechanism and the full-servo folding mechanism have the benefits of high speed, high precision, high stability, low noise level, and quick changeover.
