Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office officially announced the list of winners of the 25th China Patent Award. Guangzhou Tech-Long Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. The patent for "a case packer" (patent number: 201210267432.X) awarded this time was independently developed by Tech-Long, aiming to provide a technology that allows products to be transported on a conveyor belt, and the grouping mechanism of the product conveying module groups the products, pushes the grouped products to the front of the grouping mechanism which pushes the whole group of products into the position of the workstation of the main machine module, and the case is inserted into the grouped product group, so as to realize efficient packing of bottles of different shapes. This technical invention effectively improves the efficiency of packing, reduces labor intensity, and solves key technical problems in the industry. It has a wider applicability, reliable performance, and simple operation. The modular design of the whole machine including main machine, bottle feeding grouping, cardboard magazine, case discharge, and case sealing can meet the personalized and customized needs of customers.
