Digital aseptic filling production line
The project of Digital Aseptic Filling Production Line directly addresses the industry pain points of traditional processes such as high energy consumption, high packaging material costs and chemical sterilization residues, and innovatively launches the domestically pioneering integrated wet-dry aseptic filling solution. The project integrates high-efficiency sterilization technologies including peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide (gas/liquid phase) sterilization, supports one-click mode switching, and deeply integrates with the industrial internet to realize real-time data monitoring, remote operation and maintenance, and intelligent management of the entire production process, reaching the international advanced level of technology. This production line has been successfully applied to leading customers such as Eastroc Beverage, with a customized capacity of up to 36,000 BPH. Its ambient-temperature filling technology can reduce packaging material costs by 80%, and the dry process saves more than 90% of water compared with the traditional wet process. By the end of 2024, multiple production lines have been put into operation at home and abroad, significantly driving the beverage industry towards green, low-carbon and digital transformation and upgrading.
Intelligent Blowing-Labeling-Filling-Capping Combi Machine
The project of Intelligent Blowing-Labeling-Filling-Capping Combi Machine is committed to solving the core problems in the packaging process of liquid products, such as scattered equipment, large footprint, high energy consumption and high labor costs. By overcoming key technologies including intelligent synchronous control and high-reliability operation, the equipment highly integrates the four major processes of bottle blowing, labeling, filling and capping into one unit, with its overall technology reaching the international leading level. Integrated with the MES management system and high-speed visual recognition system, the equipment achieves an overall comprehensive efficiency of ≥95%. Compared with the traditional combination of standalone machines, it can save 70% of footprint, reduce power consumption by 25%-35% and cut labor costs by more than 50%. The product has been exported to countries and regions such as the Middle East, Americas and Southeast Asia, enabling customers to achieve efficient, intensive and intelligent continuous production.
