The First BFC Monobloc Line of TECH-LONG on Malaysia Put into Operation Smoothly

LA BOOST HE ALTH BEVERAGES MFG SDN. BHD (hereinafter referred to as La Boost), was established in 1985, with its factory located at Shah Alam. In 1994, it began to invest in the manufacturing of distilled and anti-osmosis drinking water. As one of the main forces of drinking water market of Malaysia, its products are sold to different regions of Malaysia and other foreign countries. It also supplies OEM drinking water to many renowned companies such as Berjaya Group, Tesco, Giant and Isetan.

The cooperation between La Boost and TECH-LONG began at the Chinaplas event in Shanghai in April 2016, the salespersons of TECH-LONG warmly received visitors of La Boost, and from then on, the two companies started their partnership.

La Boost recognizes the importance of staying ahead of the ever-changing market and meeting customer demands, so it focuses on self-renewal and the acquisition of advanced automation equipment. The company's demand for equipment provided an opportunity for both sides to understand and cooperate with each other. To give the client a better understanding of TECH-LONG, its salespersons showed them around TECH-LONG's factory and several production lines of its clients. The client was impressed with the processing conditions and equipment quality, which further boosted their confidence in TECH-LONG.

In September 2016, La Boost and TECH-LONG signed a contract for a 27000 bottles per hour (BPH) 1.5L water production line. TECH-LONG carefully understood the client's demands and planned the project accordingly, taking into consideration the layout of the plant, bottle design, and later services. Therefore the client had full trust in TECH-LONG's staff and provided ample space for development, which resulted in a successful project that not only met the client's requirements but also reduced the original investment cost.

The line smoothly passed the acceptance inspection with an efficiency of 94%, exceeding the client's expectations and receiving high praise. This line not only became the fastest single production line in Malaysia but also marked TECH-LONG's first BFC line in the country. In December 2017, the BFC line was put into operation and it continues to deliver outstanding capacity, constantly creating value for La Boost.
